HUGO UNRUH AWARD NOMINATIONS SOUGHT

Nominations are being accepted for the Hugo Unruh Award to be given to an outstanding Radford citizen. The award, offered by Industrial Drives and Inland Motor, divisions of Kollmorgen Corp. in Radford, goes to a person who has displayed exceptional characteristics that might ordinarily go unnoticed. It was established in 1970 to honor of the founder of Inland Motor, Hugo Unrah. Unruh died in 1979.

Nominations will be accepted from individuals or groups on behalf of a resident of Radford or the surrounding area. Send nominations to Hugo Unruh Award Committee, in care of Industrial Drives, 201 Rock Road, Radford, Va. 24141.

The deadline for submitting nominations is March 23.
