MT. CASSELL, LULA H. Lula Marie Hodge Mt. Cassell, age 74, of Salem, passed away Thursday due to an accident. She was the widow of Samuel Allen Mt. Cassell. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Ellen and William Edward Thurman, Salem; two brothers, Harry Hodge, Shawsville; John Hodge, Salem; two sisters, Edith Wilson; Agnes Statzer, both of Salem; also two granddaughters; one grandson; one great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 1990, from the Lotz Salem Chapel. The Rev. Neil Turner and the Rev. Roger Smith will officiate. Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at Lotz Salem Chapel.
