Mrs. Ethel Hughes Cowhig, age 82, of 324 King George Ave. S.W., widow of John P. Cowhig, died Saturday, March 3, 1990. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Marion H. Myers, Roanoke; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside in Tombstone Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 5, 1990, with the Rev. Dr. Darryl Crim officiating. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday.
