TAX DELINQUENCY LIST IS AVAILABLE

The Montgomery County Board of Supervisors is now making available the names of individuals and businesses who are delinquent in the payment of personal property and real estate taxes.

Lists of delinquent taxpayers' names are available to the public at each of the Montgomery County libraries, in the office of the treasurer of Montgomery County and in the first floor lobby of the Montgomery County Courthouse.
