PAYNE TO RUN AGAIN

U.S. Rep. L.F. Payne has announced his intention to run for a second term in Congress in November.

The 44-year-old Democrat from Nelson County has represented the 5th District, which includes Danville and Pittsylvania County, for the past two years.
