MUSICK, KATHLEEN S.\ NARROWS - Kathleen Sykes Musick, 69, of 603 W. Westview St., Narrows, died Wednesday, March 14, 1990 in the Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, Va. She was born in Russell County, Va. on July 26, 1920 and was a daughter of the late Henry Lewis and Minnie Gertrude Clark Sykes. She was a retired employee of the Hoechst-Celanese Fibers Company Plant, Narrows. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Narrows. She is survived by her husband Lawrence Thurman Musick; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley M. Swain, Bassett, Va.; Mrs. Elaine M. Hanmer, Richmond, Va.; five sisters, Mrs. Bertha Monk, Narrows, Va; Mrs. Lucy Moye, Pearisburg, Va.; Mrs. Jean Altic, Salem, Va; Mrs. Dorothy Lark, Abingdon, Va.; Mrs. Opal Taylor, Lakeland, Fla.; five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Riffe's Funeral Chapel, Narrows, with the Rev. Charles Addington officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Narrows. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
