FINCASTLE - Billie Jo Sifford, age 2, died Saturday, March 17, 1990, in a Charlottesville hospital. She is survived by her parents, Lewis and Deborah Sifford, Fincastle; maternal grandparents, Sue and Skip Mundy, Buchanan; Bill Thompson, Roanoke; paternal grandmother, Edna S. Sifford, Fincastle; maternal great-grandparents, Viola Cook, Salem; Raymond and Beryle Thompson, Buchanan; several other relatives. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 20 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mill Creek Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday and Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Rader Troutville Chapel. Those wishing to make donations please consider the Candlelighters, Charlottesville, Va.
