GARDEN CLUB HOLDS LUNCHEON MEETING

Arboretum Garden Club recently held its spring lunch at the Donaldson Brown Center. Mrs. D.L. Kennear presided.

"Hands Across the Border," the theme for the luncheon, was organized by Mrs. R.L. Ray and Mrs. Jim Owens. The program, "From Where to Where," was presented by Mrs. Kennear. Her presentation reviewed the history of the club, which was organized in 1942.

Blue ribbons were awarded to Mrs. Ray and Mrs. Owens.
