COMMUNITY ACTION GARDENING PROJECT

New River Community Action will sponsor the summer gardening project for qualified low-income and elderly community members. For $2, qualified applicants can get $15 worth of seeds to plant in their own gardens, which should result in $400 extra to the gardeners food budget.
