Corrections In the Ann Landers column Tuesday morning, the phone number to call the American Diabetes Association was given incorrectly by the columnist. The correct number is 1-800-ADA-DISC.

\ Because of incorrect information provided to the newspaper, the name of a Patrick County shooting victim was misspelled in Tuesday's editions. Otis Lee Pack, 51, of the Dry Pond community was found dead about 3:30 p.m. Monday.
