Because of a reporter's error, a story in Wednesday's editions incorrectly stated the Jaycees branch affiliation of Larry B. Scott, a Roanoke insurance agent sentenced to five years in prison for embezzlement. He was the former vice president of the Cave Spring Jaycees.

Because of an error by The Associated Press, a story in Monday's editions incorrectly stated that Fred Ingram, a union vice president accused of hitting a non-striking Greyhound bus driver in Fayetteville, N.C., is from Roanoke. Ingram is from Charlotte, N.C.
