NORFOLK STATE DORMS GET CONDOM MACHINES

Norfolk State University has become the latest college in the state to install condom machines in campus dormitories.

Condom machines were installed earlier this month in the university's seven dormitories and the Mills E. Godwin Jr. Student Center.

For 50 cents a student can buy a packaged latex condom lubricated with nonoxynol-9, a spermicide some scientists say can reduce the risk of transmission of AIDS.
