John F. (Jackie) Reams, age 39, of Roanoke, died Friday, March 23, 1990. Mr. Reams was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Bessie Marie Reams, Roanoke; his mother and stepfather, Gene R. and John Carter, Roanoke; two daughters, Teresa Marie Corvin, Roanoke; Katherine Dawn Shampine, Roanoke; one sister, Thelma Shewsbury, Roanoke; two grandchildren, Kristin and Jonathan. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 26, 1990, at 1:00 p.m. at Lotz Roanoke Chapel with the Rev. Freeman Hamrick officiating. Interment at Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call at Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
