No one was injured in either of Monday's shootings.
Meanwhile, a California judge ordered striking drivers in the Southwest not to threaten replacement drivers for the country's only nationwide bus company.
A Greyhound bus was hit by gunfire late Monday on Interstate 4 about 30 miles west of Orlando, Fla., spokeswoman Jeanne Fry said from Greyhound's Dallas headquarters Monday night.
The bullet destroyed the vehicle's right-hand mirror but none of the 32 passengers was injured, she said.
A shot was fired earlier from a passing car at the terminal in Amarillo, Texas, Fry said.
The incidents brought to 28 the number of shootings, including 24 on buses, since the strike began March 2, according to Fry.
Nearly 6,300 drivers and 3,000 other Greyhound workers went on strike after negotiators for Greyhound Lines Inc. and the Amalgamated Council of Greyhound Local Unions failed to reach agreement on wage issues.
