OBIT - MCCRICKARD, E.

Mr. Edmond Benjamin McCrickard, age 64, of Rt. 1 died Sunday, March 25, 1990 in a Salem hospital. He was a veteran of World War II serving with the rank of Corporal in the U. S. Marine Corps. Surviving are two sons, Terry McCrickard, Union Hall; Daryl Bruce McCrickard, Suffolk; two granddaughters, Shelby McCrickard and Kelly McCrickard; three brothers, David McCrickard, Portsmouth; Donald McCrickard, Hampton; Everette McCrickard, Lexington, Ky. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside McCrickard Family Cemetery 11:00 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Gene Ashworth and the Rev. Damon Wyatt officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home, Rocky Mt.
