BISSELL, OLIVIA S.\ BETHESDA, MARYLAND - Olivia Smith Bissell, died March 25, 1990. She was formerly from Roanoke. She was the devoted wife of Captain Allen Morris Bissell, USN (retired and loving mother of Lelia Herreid and Ensign William Bissell, USNR; niece of Mrs. Guy F. Woodward, Worcester, Mass. A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 29, 1990, at Saint John's Episcopal Church, Roanoke at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
