PATSEL, THOMAS L., SR.\ Thomas L. Patsel, Sr., age 73, of Roanoke, died Tuesday, March 27, 1990, in a local hospital. He was retired from Fulton Motors and was a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Geraldine E. Patsel; daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and Bill Sink, Vinton; Peggy and Richard Sowers, Roanoke; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas L. Patsel, Jr. and Linda, Roanoke; stepchildren, Gail and Dallas Lineberry, Coral Gables, Fla.; William and Carol McBride, Wilmington, N.C.; grandchildren, Tammy Ann Sink, Vinton; John David Patsel and Terry L. Patsel, both of Roanoke; stepgrandchildren, Christie Leigh Carter and Tommy Carter, both of Hardy; Heather McBride, Salem; Stephanie McBride, Ryan McBride and Lauren McBride, all of Wilmington, N.C.; sister, Irene E. Loop, Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Friday, March 30, with the Rev. Sam Crews officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
