REWARD OFFERED IN HIT-RUN

A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered by Twin County Crimestoppers for information leading to the conviction of a hit-and-run driver who killed a 28-year-old Elkin, N.C., woman in Galax March 17.

The victim was Patricia Vass Wall, struck and killed while walking on East Stuart Drive shortly after midnight.
