SPITE, PETTINESS KEEP COW ISSUE ALIVE

THE INCIDENT with Mr. Kavanaugh's cow occurred more than a year ago. I find it frightening that our law-enforcement officers and the paper are spiteful and petty enough to keep bringing it up. What message does that send the criminals and our children?
