WHITE, RICHARD A.\ Richard Allen White, age 47, of Salem, died Tuesday, March 27, 1990. Mr. White was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife Shirley P. White; two daughters, Dianne E. Widener, Hillsville; and Mrs. David (Donna) Sturgill, Salem; one son, Jeffrey A. White, Salem; one brother, Roger White, Roanoke; four sisters, Mrs. Edmond (Kathy) Thompson, Salem; Mrs. James (Pat) Reynolds, Roanoke; Janie L. White, Salem; and Mrs. Steven (Donna) Johnson, Salem; two granddaughters, Jodi L. Widener, and Beth M. Widener; one grandson, Scott C. Sturgill; two nieces; and three nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 30, 1990 at 3:00 p.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel, with the Rev. David B. Huff officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Lotz Salem Chapel after 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
