OBIT-PAYNE, I.

PAYNE, IDA B.\ Ida Belle Quesenberry Payne, age 88, of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Lane Payne and a son, Ralph Lee Payne. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Howard C. and Violet Payne, Placerville, Calif.; also eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 30, 1990, from the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The Irvin W. Sloan will officiate. Friends may call at Lotz Vinton Chapel after 2:00 p.m. Thursday.
