WRIGHT, MARY A.\ Mary Atkinson Wright, age 74, of Roanoke, died in a local hospital Wednesday. She was the widow of Frank Wright and was a member of the Waverly Place Baptist Church and its Dorcas Sunday School class. Mrs. Wright was retired from Ideal Laundry. Survivors include a devoted friend, Amy Hudgins, Roanoke; two nephews, Johnny E. Murray, Jr. and Edward G. Turner, both of Roanoke; three nieces, Janet O'Bryan, Louisville, Ky.; Joan Phillips, North Canton, Ohio; Judy Curkendall, Casper, Wyoming; two great-nephews, Mark Murdock and Jason Murdock, Vinton. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Roanoke Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 30, 1990, with the Rev. Charles Hoffler officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
