LYNN BONHAM has been named Bonham real-estate manager at the Bank of Fincastle's U.S. 460 branch. Bonham has 20 years of mortgage administration and residential lending experience with several lending institutions.

\ DITCH WITCH OF ROANOKE, 251 Wildwood Road, Salem, received four awards during the 1990 Ditch Witch international marketing conference in Oklahoma City. The awards include being a top-volume factory purchaser in 1989; a president's award for exceeding factory-set sales goals last year; a mark of excellence award for achievement in image, management and personnel areas; and the most improved dealer in the eastern region. The Ditch Witch line includes equipment for the installation of underground services such as utility lines.

\ JAY L. ETZLER of Troutville Etzler has won the Director of Sales Award from Telmark Inc., a lease financing company specializing in agricultural equipment.

Etzler, a sales manager for Southwest Virginia, exceeded 110 percent of his sales goal.

\ STEVE SMITH, a delivery driver for United Parcel Service, recently was recognized by the company for completing 20 years driving without an accident. His territory includes the Bent Mountain and Floyd areas.
