SALEM WOMEN'S CLUB ELECTS NEW OFFICERS

Linnae Hedgbeth has been installed president of the Women's Club of Salem.

Other officers, who will serve a two-year term, are Virginia Newman, first vice president; Dickie Green, second vice president; Emily Manning, secretary; Mary Moore, Treasurer; and Iris Petersen, corresponding secretary. Winslow Thurman is parliamentarian and chairman of the board of trustees.

Jeanne Sawtelle will chair the creative and fine arts department, Beatrice Tyler will chair the education department and Sadie Stone will chair the home life department.
