RIDGEWOOD BAPTIST STARTS AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB

Ridgewood Baptist Church, at 703 Hemlock Road N.W., is sponsoring a "Big A Club" for children in kindergarten through sixth grade.

Games, crafts, Bible stories and refreshments will be available each Thursday afternoon from 2:30 until 5:30 p.m. beginning April 5. For more information, call the church office at 342-6492 or Jean Bevins at 344-7259.

Book fair scheduled at Salem High School

The library media center and the English department at Salem High School will hold a book fair April 9-12.

Ram's Head Book Shop will supply a selection of books, fiction and non-fiction, for a diverse age group.

The sale will be daily from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the school's upstairs gymnasium.
