OVERACRE, ELMO R.\ Elmo Roscoe Overacre, age 94, of 215 Hershberger Rd. N.W., died Friday, March 30, 1990. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and a retired machinist at N&W Railway. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Hattie Breeden Overacre; five sons, Lloyd B. Overacre, Troutville; Hubert C. Overacre, Roanoke; J. Bernard Overacre, Marietta, Ga.; Elbert R. Overacre, Savannah, Ga.; and Glenwood W. Overacre, Belle Aire, Md.; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 2, 1990, with the Rev. Nolan R. Crowder officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel.
