ELMORE, RUBY D.\ NEWPORT - Ruby D. Elmore, age 64, died Friday, March 30, 1990, at her home. She is the daughter of the late Bartley Duncan and Stella Huffman Duncan of Blacksburg. Other survivors include her husband, Huey P. Elmore; one son, Wayne Cruise, Pulaski; one brother, Austin Duncan, Blacksburg; two grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the Williams-Jamison-Kendall Funeral Home, Pembroke, with burial in the Williams Cemetery at Level Green in Craig County. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday.
