SEMINAR DISCUSSES CHILD-CARE BUSINESS

A seminar titled "Child Care is Good Busine$$" will be held Tuesday at Wytheville Community College from 5:30 to 9 p.m.

The $10 cost includes a buffet dinner, refreshments and instructional materials.

Ann Francis, child-care specialist from the Virginia Tech Resource and Referral Service, will give the keynote address. Sessions will be on licensing requirements for caretakers, the importance of play for children, the community-child-care link and good nutrition.
