BANDY, WILLIAM E., JR.\ William E. (Billy) Bandy, Jr., age 35, of Roanoke, died Sunday, April 1, 1990. Mr. Bandy was a former employee of Corrugated Container of Roanoke. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William E. Bandy, Sr., Roanoke; two sisters and brother-in-law, Rita B. Stump, Roanoke; Jean and Bob West, Roanoke; one niece, Sydney Stump. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 3, 1990, at 3:00 p.m. at the Lotz Roanoke Chapel. Interment will be in Franklin Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
