HONAKER HOSTING FESTIVAL

Honaker's annual Redbud Festival will offer a variety of activities in this Russell County community throughout April.

The Miss Redbud and Miss Junior Redbud Festival will be held Saturday, and a Little Redbud Prince and Princess Pageant has been completed.

Other activities include a 5-kilometer and fun run races, the Ms. Honaker Redbud Pageant and Men's Hairy Leg Contest, April 14; a canoe race and bluegrass-country music show, April 21; a gospel music show, April 22; a car show, arts and crafts show, crazy vehicle race and parade, April 28; and homecoming dinner, April 29.
