JUDGE DENIES YOUTH BID TO SEE BROTHER

A judge has refused to order a reunion of two young brothers separated by their adoptive parents.

Juvenile Court Judge Arthur Hamilton on Wednesday declined to order the parents to allow an 11-year-old returned to state custody last year to visit his 8-year-old brother, still with the adoptive parents.
