CONCERT BAND PLANS 4 SPRING PERFORMANCES

The first performance will be April 24 in the Galax High School auditorium, at 8 p.m.

A second concert, at George Wythe High School May 1 at 8 p.m., will feature the music of Stephen Foster, Glenn Miller and John Phillip Sousa.

The next appearance will be at Wytheville Community College's graduation ceremony May 15 at 6:30 p.m.

The band's season will conclude with a June 24 performance, at 8 p.m., at the annual Wytheville Chautauqua Festival.
