The Mount Rogers Planning District Commission elected Glen Wilson of Grayson County as its chairman at its recent spring dinner meeting.

George Johnstone, a member of the Wythe County Board of Supervisors, was elected vice chairman and Independence Mayor Charles Austin, treasurer.
