AUTHOR TO ADDRESS WOMEN'S FORUM

Marjorie Shaevitz, author of "The Superwoman Syndrome," will be the keynote speaker at the Sixth Annual Women's Forum, presented by Community Hospital's Center for Women's Health.

The forum will be held April 24, 6-8:30 p.m., at Mill Mountain Theatre, Center in the Square in downtown Roanoke.

In her presentation, "The New '90s Woman . . . Balancing a Complex Lifestyle," Shaevitz will attempt to provide women with insight into their busy lives. She will help participants look at options at home and at work.

Shaevitz is an author, lecturer, consultant and mental-health professional. She co-directs the Institute for Family and Work Relationships in La Jolla, Calif.
