COLEMAN, RUSSELL E.\ Russell Edward (Puffy) Coleman, age 77, of Roanoke, died Friday, April 13, 1990, after a long illness. He was a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, a member of Virginia Heights Baptist Church, and was retired from J.W. Burress, Inc. Surviving are his wife, Ruby Pearson Colemen; a daughter, Patricia C. Martin, Roanoke; three granddaughters, Linda M. Graybill, Lookout Mountain, Tenn.; Laura M. Davis, Roanoke; and Lisa L. Martin, San Francisco, Calif.; a grandson, Edward C. Martin, Roanoke; and two great-grandsons, Coleman P. Davis, Roanoke; and Richard M. Graybill, Lookout Mountain, Tenn. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 16, from Oakey's South Chapel with Rev. Howard Foster officiating. Interment will be at 12:00 noon Monday in Fort Hill Memorial Park (Lynchburg). Friends may call after 9:00 a.m. Sunday at Oakey's South Chapel where the family will receive friends from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday.
