The four were arrested after cocaine with a street value of $10,000 was found in an apartment by members of the Pulaski County Drug Task Force.
Arrested were Verlin Horton Smith, 42, and Helen Garner Smith, 32, of the 700 block of Peppers Ferry Road, and David Leon Webb, 45, and Hazel Brown Webb, 32, of the 600 block of Mathews Court.
David Webb also was charged with possession of a concealed weapon, a handgun.
All four were charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. They will appear next week in Pulaski County General District Court.
The cocaine was found with the help of the Virginia State Police drug-sniffing dogs, said Pulaski Lt. Barry Buckner.
Buckner said the bust was made with the help of the U.S. Postal Service. He declined to say how the Postal Service was involved, but said federal charges against the suspects were expected.
