FOSTER, MARGARET\ RADFORD - Margaret Foster, age 86, died Friday in Hyattsville, Md. She was the widow of William Foster. Surviving are a niece and nephew. Funeral services will at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Devilbiss Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. Friends may call from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Devilbiss Funeral Home.
