SALTVILLE MAN, 20, KILLED IN CAR WRECK

State police said Gregory Wayne Fullen was driving at a high rate of speed on Interstate 81 in Washington County when his car ran off the road into the median, struck an embankment and overturned. Fullen was thrown from the car and died at the scene just after 1 a.m., police said.
