Nannie Riggle Coperhaver, age 95, a resident of Virginia's Rest Home died Tuesday, in the Radford Community Hospital. She was born in Crockett, Va., a daughter of the late William B. and Elizabeth Groseclose Riggle. She was preceded in death by her husband Pepper K. Copenhaver; a son, Robert L. Copenhaver; and a granddaughter. She is survived by four sons, Alfred W. Copenhaver, Wytheville; E. Cecil Coperhaver, College Park, Md.; Richard K. Copenhaver, Pottstown, Pa.; John R. Copenhaver, San Pablo, Calif; thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the Barnett Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Henry Horton and the Rev. Gerald Neeley officiating. Interment will be in the King's Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday. Barnett Funeral Home in Wytheville will be in charge of the arrangements.
