Space Research Corp., with branches throughout the world, announced its dissolution in a terse statement. It had been headed by Dr. Gerald Bull, a world authority on long-range artillery.
Brussels police say there has been little progress in their investigation since Bull was shot twice in the back of the neck March 22.
The national news service Belga quoted Michael Bull as saying the recent controversy over his father's connection with a long-range artillery project in Iraq had nothing to do with the company's closing.
The British government has said it was convinced pipes intercepted last week on the way to Iraq were intended for a giant gun being built to Bull's plans.
