ROANOKE AGENCY CITED FOR RADIO AD

The Edmonds Packett Group has won a national award for a radio announcement it produced for last year's local United Way campaign.

The Roanoke advertising agency received one of seven citations awarded nationwide by United Way of America.

The radio spot was showcased along with other winners at United Way national conferences in Miami, Fla., and Anaheim, Calif. The award was presented at the April board meeting of United Way of Roanoke Valley. - Staff report
