OBIT PEERY, E.

Mrs. Eva Campbell Peery, age 79, of Roanoke, died Thursday, April 19, 1990. She was a retired nursing supervisor from the Catawba Hospital and a member of the Huntington Court United Methodist Church. Mrs. Peery was preceded in death by her husband, Luther M. Peery. Surviving are one brother, Grady P. Campbell, Centre, Ala.; two sisters, Corrie Snead West, Piedmont, Ala.; Alma C. Singleton, Centre, Ala. Also surviving are a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be in the Evergreen Burial Park, 2:00 p.m. Saturday. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Friday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
