LAWYER TO SPEAK FRIDAY AT TECH

Frank Carrington, a Virginia Beach lawyer recognized as the country's on victim litigation, will speak Friday at 3 p.m. at the Thomas-Conner House, 104 Draper Road, Blacksburg.

Carrington is legal counsel to the National Victim Center and is involved with the Bush administration's drug-free campus initiatives. His topic, "Legitimating Victimization," is sponsored by the Center for Public Administration and Policy at Virginia Tech and is the center's last round table of the academic year.
