RAPHINE - Everette (Chubby) Linwood Berry, age 60, died April 22, 1990 in the Veterans Hospital in Salem. Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. Yvonne B. Shifflett, Raphine; one son, Larry L. Berry, Raphine; seven sisters, Mrs. Louise Gilliam, W.Va.; Mrs. Sadie Hollifield, Staunton; Mrs. Willie Norcross, Lexington; Mrs. Fanny Armstrong, Staunton; Mrs. Atheline Gregow, Staunton; Mrs. Grace Owens, W.Va.; Mrs. Marie Ginnione, Philadelphia, Pa.; two grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 25, 1990 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lomax Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Lewis McDaniel officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Lomax Funeral Home, Buena Vista.
