Mrs. Lena Jewell Sweeney, age 89, of Salem, died Tuesday, April 24, 1990. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Estelle Shealy, Richmond; a number of nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 26, 1990, at 2:00 p.m. at Sherwood Memorial Park with Dr. H. R. Thompson officiating. Friends may call at Lotz Salem Chapel.
