WANTS THREE NEW FACES ON CITY COUNCIL

LAST YEAR our City Council really pulled one on us. They passed the tower project, tearing out part of the viaduct, then passed a bond issue to finance it. Most of this was done in secret.

I think this is the biggest mistake that the city could ever make. I don't feel many taxpayers would have approved this. I think that's why the people didn't get to vote on it.

Now we have a chance to show how we feel in the coming election. Mr. Garland retired. I think this project had a lot to do with his decision. I'd like to see three new faces sitting on council with David Bowers.

Council didn't ask for a vote on the tower bond issue, so on the current issue, my vote will be no.
