SCIENCE OLYMPIAD PLANNED

Southwest Virginia Community College will host its fourth Science Olympiad Thursday for high school science students from Buchanan, Dickenson, Russell and Tazewell counties.

The contests are designed to give scientifically inclined students a chance to pit their skills and knowledge against those of their peers and be recognized for them.
