FLOYD OFFICIAL TO SERVE ON VA. COUNTIES PANEL

County Administrator Randy Arno has accepted an invitation to serve on a Virginia Association of Counties committee.

Arno will be one of three government officials on the 19-member Education, Health and Human Services Steering Committee. His term is for one year.

"VACo knows very of my interest in education funding," said Arno, who has advocated seminars on the education funding formula. officials. "It goes back many, many years."
