FOR FIRST TIME, LOTTO HAS TWO TOP-PRIZE WINNERS

A $1.5 million Lotto prize will be split between two winners who bought tickets in Norfolk, a Virginia Lottery official said.

For the first time since the drawings began in January, two players correctly picked all six numbers in Saturday night's drawing. The winners, who have not been identified, will each draw nearly $30,000 a year for 20 years, Lottery spokeswoman Paula Otto said.
