TROUTVILLE MAN WINS HIGHEST LION AWARD

John V. Rader of Troutvillehas been designated a Melvin Jones Fellow by the Lions Club International Foundation. The award is named for the organization's founder and is its highest honor.

Rader is a 49-year charter member of the Troutville Lions Club.
